Adorable Outdoor Family Session

Back in November we had the opportunity to style an outdoor family session- and not just any family- one of the cutest I have ever seen! (and I'm not at all bias, being that these two adorable boys are my nephews ;-)) But, seriously, how cute?!!
The photo shoot took place at Champions Golf Club, which was the perfect back drop for an outdoor session. The family came looking super sharp in their coordinating outfits. The boy's shirts by Strawberry Blonde Boutique were perfect!
We wanted to incorporate vintage toys and bright reds and blues- perfect for little boys!
Liam had a ball! We tried to save the toys for last, but he spotted them early on!

Kathy's Bridals with Lab L Arts

The Recollection studio was a perfect fit for this classic, effortlessly beautiful bride. The images, captured by Erik Xydis of Lab L Arts could not be more dreamy! I love the soft, romantic ambiance that these photos possess. Prepare to swoon!

Photos for a Cause

One of the best things about starting this business is the amazing people that we have gotten to meet along the way. We have been so fortunate to be connected with some of Houston's finest industry professionals who are not only super talented, but also so sweet, so genuine, and so supportive of our business! It means the world to us! A few people in particular, are Adam of Adam Nyholt photography, as well as his creative assistant, Courtney! Recently, we participated in their Open House fundraiser for YES Prep public schools. YES Prep exists to increase the number of low-income Houstonians who graduate from a four-year college. Adam wanted to create a fun backdrop for guests to take photos, and so we staged an old-fashioned school house
with vintage props and accessories. Check out the photos below :-)

A French Fête

Wow, have we been busy the last few weeks! We are so blessed to have so much excitement surrounding our launch and we are filled with joy with the positive feedback that Recollection has received! Thank you to all of our early fans and future fans! A few weeks ago we were asked to provide decor for Covington Home Builder's "Building Together" event. Several other businesses also participated as sponsors, and it was a great opportunity to meet a lot of great people!
